About this messaging program
Unified Security Guard ("Unified Guards," "we," "us") uses text messaging (SMS/MMS) to run daily security operations. When you provide your mobile number and agree during hiring/onboarding, you may receive text messages related to your work, including:
- Shift scheduling, reminders, and changes
- Dispatch and post assignments
- Operational, coverage, and safety alerts
- Time‑sensitive account and HR notifications
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your schedule and operational activity. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by Unified Security Guard.
Opting out — reply STOP
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may still receive messages that are strictly necessary for your employment through other means.

Consent is voluntary
Providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages is voluntary, and your consent is not a condition of employment or of any purchase. Opting out of text messages will not affect your employment or eligibility for work.

We collect your mobile phone number and the consent you provide solely to operate this messaging program (scheduling, dispatch, and safety communications) and to keep a record of your consent as required by law.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number may be shared only with the messaging service providers that help us deliver these texts (for example, our telecommunications carrier), acting on our behalf, and only as needed to send the messages you agreed to receive. No mobile information is shared with third parties for marketing.
Delivery & carriers
Text messages are delivered on a best‑effort basis. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
